Add defined OSGi services to broker configuration

ActiveMQ uses Spring for broker configuration. Actually only services defined via Spring beans are usable. In OSGi it is feasible to register services to reuse or compose in applications. Therefor the integration from ActiveMQ into should make it possible to register OSGi services as Spring beans for further usage.
