Camel health - Replace HealthCheckRegistry with Camel Registry

We can potentially replace HealthCheckRegistry with Registry as we can bind to registry now. And we can use that to store HealthCheck and HealthCheckRepository in there instead of the HC registry.

This is also how Spring Boot does it by registering HealthCheck in the registry
