camel-core - pooled exchanges - Can we optimize exchangeId

To not forget about this idea.

We can recycle parts from old exchangeId, as we can break it into 2 parts, upper part that is uuid for lifetime of context, and lower part that is uuid per exchange.
So we can keep upper part as constant, and swap out the lower part.
