Camel-MLLP: add the option to close gracefully the socket when idleTimeout occurs

When the idleTimeout occurs, the producer set the SO_LINGER to 0 and reset socket.

This can cause issues with certain external server, we can add an URI option to allow users to choose between reset or close the socket.
