camel-jbang - Export to quarkus should map JARs to quarkiverse JARs

When using 3rd party JARs like pooled-jms, then it should be mapped to quarkus-pooled-jms. So we need to have a mapping file for this, to maintain versions. To have this convenient out of the box.
