After one application rename SI table, other application cannot be reflected of this change, which leads to query on SI column failed

CARBONDATA-4206 supports rename SI table, but after one application rename SI table, other application cannot be reflected of the change. If now one query hit SI, it will try to find the table still by old name, which leads to table not found exception.
