Description

TableParams.DEFAULT is initialised with {{TableParams.builder().build(), }}but never used. It's mostly harmless, I encountered this while working with CQLSSTableWriter, and it triggered an error.

It was used only in CFMetaData, which was deleted in https://github.com/apache/cassandra/commit/af3fe39dcabd9ef77a00309ce6741268423206df
