I run the upgrade tests locally.
They fail with 4.1->5.0 upgrade (4.0->5.0 works) with

There's V30 and V3X duplicates of each subclass test to MixedModeAvailabilityTestBase.

The V3X tests will always also be run in the V30.

Suggestion is to dedup and remove the version from the names.
