Investigate auto-increment columns on DB2 and switch the adapter policy to support them

Per this discussion thread, there is an indication that auto-increment columns on DB2 may be supported by the modern DB2 drivers. Let's try to confirm that with our unit tests and flip the DB2 "supportGeneratedKeys" flag to true.
