Description

Right now the Makefile automatically downloads Markdown and wkhtmltopdf. Remove these, and print an error for the user to download from homebrew.

homebrew install wkhtmltopdf
homebrew install Markdown

This will also allow Cordova to be installed in Homebrew, with those two as dependencies (plus Xcode).
