WP8: Make plugin add --link allow for direct editing of plugin source files

    Description

      Similar for android and ios it will be great to support --link option. However, since creating symlinks on Windows requires administrative privileges by default, the best way to enable pugin source files editing from Visual studio is to include them to project file from their source location.
