Build definition updates incorrectly change previous build results

After updating some of the fields of a build definition, the build results that included that build definition show the new values as opposed to the values used when the build was created. Specifically, all values of that section changed when the values build definition were changed. It seems that the build results report only stores the ID of the build definition and not the actual values used during the build and then generates that section every time with the values currently in the database.
