SiteExporter doesn't replace "+" with "-" when exporting links to attachemtns

When Confluence page contains link to an image with spaces in the name, all these white spaces will be replaced with "-" during exporting. But when a html page is exported with links to the image, the href attribute already contains "+" instead of " ", se SiteExporter must replace these was well.
