    Description

      As discussed in the branch merge vote thread https://lists.apache.org/thread/o4chmwrq41q93x0k4tjl10dtf082bwzv, we unfortunately included "HSYNC" layout version in Ozone 1.4.0 which does not have full hsync support. We should add a new layout version in Ozone 1.5.0 to guard any misuse of the APIs until upgrade finalizes.
