Multiline queries that have comment in middle fail when executed via "beeline -e"

    Description

      After applying HIVE-13864, multiple line queries that have comment at the end of one of the middle lines fail when executed via beeline -e

      $ beeline -u "<jdbc-url>" -e "select 1, --test
> 2"
