Create standalone jar for hive streaming module

Hive streaming API depends on several hive modules (common, serde, ql, orc, standalone-metastore etc). Users of the API has to include all the dependencies in the classpath for it to work correctly. Provide a uber jar with minimal set of dependencies that are required to make use of new streaming API.
