[Standalone Beeline] Jar name mismatch between build and assembly

Fix from HIVE-25750 has an issue where the beeline builds a jar named "jar-with-dependencies.jar" but the assembly looks for a jar name "original-jar-with-dependencies.jar". Thus this uber jar never gets included in the distribution.
