Port the Cassandra plugin

Port Cassandra plugin which provides capabilities to read and write Cassandra table rows so that it it can be used in pipeline.

Follow the porting guide - http://hop.apache.org/dev-manual/latest/porting-kettle-plugins.html

Use latest version of Cassandra and Client libraries for development.
