transform and action icons can be pushed to negative positions

Hop Gui allows transform and action icons to be pushed out of view. 

When both transforms in the example below are selected, the dummy transform can push the generated transform out of view. When the dummy transform is pulled back to the right, the generate rows transform and the hop disappear.
