Remove usages of instant time with HoodieRecordLocation

HoodieRecordLocation has a reference to instant time. Strictly speaking, partitionpath and fileId is what matters and instant time should not matter. It is used in other places like hbase to account for rollbacks. Atleast equals() in HoodieRecordLocation can ignore accounting for instant time.
