Add missing KRPC histograms to /metrics page

IMPALA-6269 left out the KRPC histograms from adding them to the /metrics page. We should consider adding them there. For the histograms coming from the KRPC code itself (using Kudu's metric classes) this will require wrapping them so that they can be registered in our metric groups.
