Description
As a newcomer navigation the JIRA and getting a quick idea at "what to do" is hard.
We need a set of ticket about tasks to encourage newcomers to do code contributions. These tickets needs to be referenced with labels for having easily a list in JIRA. The link to these labels needs to be exposed on the first page of the website.
Here is a list of proposed labels:
