Operational improvments for POP3

I would like to contribute some enhancements for our beloved POP3 user.

POP3 user can easily benefit from:

• MDC context, adding valuable diagnosing information (command, argument, session state, etc...)
• TRACE logs allowing to log fully executed commands.
• Metrics for the various POP3 commands, as well as the related Graphana boards.
