Log overlapping files from workDirectory and metaInf source directory

In general the meta data files from the metaIInfVaultDirectory take precedence over the the generated ones below workDirectory (except for the filter.xml). Since such overlaps are often not expected at least a warning should be emitted in case there is the same file below workDirectory and metaInfVaultDirectory. This should happen for all non-static files (i.e. properties.xml). For the static ones (i.e. config.xml and settings.xml) this is probably intended, so in that case just a INFO should be enough.
