Allow administrators to update search index for a portlet application.

Currently, if search index directory has been removed for any reason, then the only way to reregister the portlet application and its portlets is to modify web.xml and portlet.xml to signal the changes of the portlet application.
I think it would be good if the portlet application manager has a link to update the index.
