Restore binary compat for MavenReport (partially revert MSHARED-1024)

    Description

      org.codehaus.doxia.sink.Sink has been replaced with org.codehaus.doxia.sink.Sink this is obviously not compatible on bytecode level which leads to issues like https://github.com/apache/maven-reporting-api/pull/2#issuecomment-1198787432. We have to restore the binary compat on the 3.x line while 4.0 will finally remove Codehaus Doxia.
