[MiNiFi] Remove nifi-framework-core dependencies from bootstrap

With NIFI-12372 several classes were moved to minifi-commons. This module both used by minifi-framework and minifi-bootstrap. However minifi-commons already pulls in nifi-framework-core, so those dependencies got into minifi-bootstrap, resulting in a 50 MBs larger bootstrap.

The goal is to remove nifi-framework-core from minifi-bootstrap and reduce it's size.
