MQTT processors should allow path component in Broker URI

MQTT processors validate the Broker URI against a couple of rules and do not allow URIs containing path component at the end.
RabbitMQ exposes its websocket endpoint via ws://myhost:15675/ws by default. It cannot be configured on the processors now.
