      I'd like to have more documentation to understand the inner workings of the SegmentNodeStore implementation.

      • Architecture level docs
      • Class level javadocs
      • Field javadocs
      • Method level javadocs
      • More complete file format docs

      Maybe it's possible to make a few things "more" private.
