      Epic to collect issues and discussion for support for multi blob store which could potentially support the following scenarios:

      • A primary writable blob store and read only secondary blob stores - useful for cloud cross-geo deployments
      • Typed blob store where based on type passed the blobs are written and read from corresponding blob stores.
