    Description

      the oak-security-spi module comes with an implementation of LoginModuleMonitor. with changes made in OAK-9246 a concrete implementation no longer needs to exist in oak-security-spi and a replacement should be added to oak-core where the concrete instances are being created by AuthenticationConfigurationImpl.
      note: due to semantic versioning it is not possible to drop the current implementation. but i would get rid of all usages in oak.
