Reject reviewed "Communication Event ID DEMO-COM-BACKLOG-1" is impossible

If you get to
partymgr/control/ViewCommunicationEvent?roleTypeId&communicationEventId=DEMO-COM-BACKLOG-1&headerItem=comm&partyId
and try to reject, as it's proposed, you find that it's impossible.

According to OrderSeedData.xml you can cancel it but not reject it. It sounds logical but then why proposing the reject option?
