Remove inactive jglobus repository from pushpull pom.xml

There is a snippet of xml in pushpull pom.xml which defines the (dead) repository previously used to obtain cog-jglobus artifacts.
This is consulted every time the module is built which is not good.
The trivial issue should merely remove this snippet of XML.
