Use proper javadoc comments for AlbumService and MediaItemService interfaces

AlbumService and MediaItemService have proper javadoc content, but the comment is unfortunately a "normal" comment.

Fix that, so that javadoc is displayed in produced documentation (and, more importantly, in eclipse )
