[FUN TEST] Validate that Slider App remains active if NodeManager is killed on the host where AppMaster is running

NodeManager may go down on the host where AppMaster is running.

The test should verify that the application remains active. If AppMaster is restarted on another node then the original AppMaster should gracefully go down and control should get transferred to the new AppMaster.
