Change Accumulo app package to use self-managed trace.zookeeper.path

Accumulo's trace.zookeeper.path is currently using Slider's default ZK node. In secure mode, this node would be given an ACL based on the client's Kerberos principal (SLIDER-983). Accumulo uses the digest authentication scheme rather than SASL for ZooKeeper. We may want to fix that in a separate ticket, but in the meantime let's make sure the app package works in secure mode by changing the trace.zookeeper.path.
