Trivial Description
When I was looking at the changes in SOLR-14237, the new Security panel didn't look quite right and I realized it was because the class names for the Authz and Authc plugins are the same size and font as the text and not well-aligned:
It's a trivial change to bold that and make sure it's aligned to the left and it looks better:
This change makes all the parameter titles on the page bold, but that's not a bad thing overall IMO. A screenshot of the full page with this change is attached as admin-ui-bold.png.
