Provide an interactive shell (irb) when generating ruby bindings

In a similar vein to how the ruby generator provides the _remote program, I find it useful to automatically generate interactive ruby sessions for thrift services.

The main limitation of my current patch is that it only supports TBufferedTransport over TSocket.
