Build failures for trunk/testing/itest/* with IBM JDK 7

Most of the tests in itest/ fail with a common XML parser error because of the IBM StAX parser, instead of changing each individual one those bugs can be closed and the dependency can be added to trunk/testing/itest/pom.xml instead:
