Blank, Convention and Starter archetype contains a wrong path

The pom files of the aforementioned archetype contain a wrong path, cause the missing escape character on baseDir placeholder.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. follow the instructions of how to create a blank app from archetype
2. open the generated pom.xml file
