    Description

      A lot of classes are put in the main org.apache.struts package and should be relocated to more proper packages, eg.:

      org.apache.struts2.Action -> org.apache.struts2.action.Action

      org.apache.struts2.ActionChainResult -> org.apache.struts.result.ActionChainResult
