Fix NPE bug when multi-node enabled with schedule asynchronously

when multiNodePlacementEnabled，using global scheduler，NPE may happend when commit thread calling  allocateFromReservedContainer with param reservedContainer ,while the container may be unreserved by the judgment thread in tryCommit->apply  function
