ClassNotFoundException in YarnAppMonitor when hadoop client is not installed

It is possible to throw hadoop ClassNotFound Exception in YarnAppMonitor, because user may not have hadoop client installed with zeppelin, but it won't affect the interpreter launch, it only affect the interpreter monitoring.
