Use Credentials to clean up internals of mapreduce configuration

ACCUMULO-829 provides a better way of passing credentials to a mapreduce job, but introduces a lot of complexity in the internals. Some of this can be cleaned up, with the introduction of ACCUMULO-1312's "Credentials" object.
