Document what replaces the deprecated PerColumnIteratorConfig class.

I pulled a new copy of trunk and noticed that a deprecated class is being used. I tried some code spelunking:

What should be used in place of PerColumnIteratorConfig? Can that information be added to the PerColumnIteratorConfig.java file?
