Fix grammar in shell commands

I realized that some of the shell commands have incorrect statements, e.g. DeleteCommand - "timestamp to use for insert", or could use some grammar/punctuation help.

Make a pass over all of the commands – feedback, option descriptions, etc – and try to make things a little better.
