    Description

      CloudStone fixes in 1.5 will not work in 1.4 due to the addition of the -f flag in the deletetable calls.
      This fix ports all code from test/system/batch/lib, removes the -f flags, uses ACCUMULO_HOME to get location of accumulo and updates README file.
