[Apache AGE] CREATE has incorrect visibility in transaction blocks

    Description

      This is Github issue #88.

      Summary: When openCypher CREATE is used inside of a transaction block (BEGIN/END/COMMIT) it has the incorrect visibility. In this case, it what it creates isn't visible.
