In datamovement protocol adding page remove field 'Select Monitoring Mode'

Navigation: PGA --> Admin Dashboard --> Compute Resource Register & Browse
In Data Movement Interfaces tab when adding data movement protocols currently we need to select a monitoring mode as well. We don't require monitoring method for data moment protocols. Hence remove the field

This is applicable for both registering resources and editing resources.
