"Initial Value" of "Input Field" not required for "Type" URI and URI_COLLECTION

The "Initial Value" could be disabled/hidden when user chooses URI or URI_COLLECTION as "Type" while creating/editing an application.

I believe the Type field could come prior to Initial Value to impose validations for INT/FLOAT.
